Premium Australian grown and hand pollinated vanilla beans. These beans are grown under the rainforest canopy using rainwater and locally sourced organic mulch. Our beans are sold in packs of two and the weight of the beans will vary between sizes but on average you can expect the following for each variant:
- Extra Long (20cm+ with an average weight of 7g)
- Long (18-20cm with an average weight of 5g)
- Standard (15-17cm with an average weight of 3.8g)
Our rainforest-grown organic vanilla beans are carefully grown, harvested and cured to perfection to ensure they are bursting with flavour. When you slice them open and let them sit for just 10 minutes, the flavours begin to develop, and you'll be transported to a world of pure vanilla bliss. Starting with a ripe dried fig aroma, our vanilla beans then take you on a journey through a variety of scent profiles, each one more tantalizing than the last. Finally, you'll arrive at a rich and velvety vanilla with undertones of raisin and chocolate.
