Refund Policy

We at Wild Vanilla are proud of the quality of our products, however sometimes accidents happen. 

We do not provide a refund or exchange for change of mind, but if your product has been damaged in transit or is unsuitable for consumption, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

You have 30 days from when you receive the product to notify us of any issues or concerns. 

Please contact us at sales@wildvanilla.au with your contact details, a photo of the product and packaging explaining the issue, and your order information. 

One of our team will contact you to determine whether your quality concerns meets the criteria for a refund or exchange.
